who we are

Kim Berlin, Founder and Chief Creative loves engineering strategic solutions to her clients’ most pressing design challenges. She adores making order from chaos and has been coined the “CEO’s creative consigliere.” With over twenty five years building brands at prestigious NYC design firms, she now unites the best of her big agency experience with the personal attention and agility of a small boutique shop. Kim is is a Fast Company Innovation by Design Award Honoree, a GDUSA Person to Watch and a keynote speaker. She is a member of the AIGA and her work has been featured in Fast Company, The New York Times, Graphis, PRINT, HOW, LogoLounge, Brand New, GDUSA, Refinery29 and in a curious way, the Whitney Museum.

When she’s not conjuring visual magic, Kim can be found empowering high performers to lead with purpose, creativity and compassion. Her unique approach is informed by the tenets of neuroscience, energy medicine and the great wisdom traditions. A purpose-driven, spirit-led, empathic intuitive, she endeavors to show up every moment of every day in the name of gratitude, service and authentic connection.
